Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or outside the US right now. We can't ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

1. Digital proof: we email your free proof within 1 business day of receiving your logo.
2. Printing: production starts after you approve the proof.
3. Delivery: most orders arrive about 10 to 15 business days after proof approval.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add a few days.

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
