What is the minimum order?
One case: 36 rolls of 2 in wide tape, 48 rolls of 3 in x 55 yd, or 24 rolls of 3 in x 110 yd.
What sizes can I get?
Choose 2 in wide tape in 55 yd or 110 yd rolls (36 rolls a case), or 3 in wide tape in 55 yd rolls (48 a case) or 110 yd rolls (24 a case). We confirm your size on the free proof.
How much does it cost?
2 in x 55 yd: $299 per case of 36 rolls (about $8.31 a roll). 2 in x 110 yd: $449 per case of 36 rolls (about $12.47 a roll). 3 in x 55 yd: $449 per case of 48 rolls (about $9.35 a roll). 3 in x 110 yd: $449 per case of 24 rolls (about $18.71 a roll). Shipping to the 48 contiguous states and DC is included, and there is no plate or setup fee. Sales tax, if any, is added at checkout.
What can you print?
Your logo, shop name, website, social handle or a short message like "Thank you for shopping small." We print in 1 ink color.
What file should I send?
A high-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG or AI file works best. If you only have a low-quality image, send it anyway and we'll tell you if it will print well.
Can I see it before you print?
Yes. We email you a free digital proof within 1 business day of getting your logo. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
Can I get a mockup before I order?
Yes. Email your logo to hello@komodotape.com and we'll send a free mockup of your tape, with no obligation to buy.
How long does it take?
Most orders arrive about 10 to 15 business days after you approve your proof.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US?
Not right now. We only ship within the 48 contiguous states and DC.
Can I cancel or return my order?
You can cancel for a full refund before you approve your proof. After that, your tape is printed just for you, so we can't accept returns. If the tape doesn't match your approved proof, arrives damaged or part of your order is missing, we'll reprint it free (or refund you in full if we can't). Mistakes in a proof you approved aren't covered, so please check it carefully. See our Refund policy.
How do I reorder?
Just place a new order for the same size and mention your previous order number. We keep your design on file, so there's no new proof to wait for.
