What do I send, and when?
Your logo file (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG or AI). Upload it above, or email it to hello@komodotape.com after checkout with your order number and any extra text. Your free proof arrives within 1 business day of getting your logo.
How is the trial pack different from a case?
The trial is for testing your logo on tape before a bigger order. You pick the same tape and ink colors as a case. Trial rolls are about 2.8 in wide x 55 yd; case tape is 2 in wide and printed from a plate made for your logo, which is why a case is far cheaper per roll ($349 for 36 rolls).
Which tape and ink colors can I choose?
Pick both above. Tape: white or clear. Ink: 1 color per order, in black, white, red, blue, green, yellow or gray. Every color is the same price. White ink only shows on clear tape.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. Just email us your order number.
